If an event is canceled, not rescheduled, tickets must be returned within thirty (30) days of the event for a full refund. Delivery fees are not refunded. Please save your receipt, it may be needed to receive a refund.
There are no refunds or exchanges given for rescheduled events. If the event is rescheduled, you still own the tickets.
No refunds will be given to any baseball game due to a rain out.

Internet sales are not in real time; therefore, all tickets are subject to availability and change. Ticket availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Ticket prices and availability are not guaranteed until orders are confirmed.
Union Tysen Entertainment Ticket Service reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Union Tysen Entertainment Ticket Service shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Union Tysen Entertainment Ticket Service collects tax as required by law. Any event that takes place within the city limits of the City of Chicago requires that we collect an entertainment tax that is variable up to 9%.

Tickets can be exchanged at its respective ballpark for a game not yet sold out. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations allowed. Upon request we will agree to place your order on a "try to sell" basis.We specialize in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out events. Due to the efforts and costs involved in obtaining you ticket or tickets, all seats are sold above face value.
